MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Morgan Phillips and Sarah Osborn of the West Virginia University rifle team will compete for the United States at the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) Junior World Cup, set to begin today in Suhl, Germany, and continue through June 29.
