MOUNTAINEER MAINSTREET 2024 VENDOR FORM
August 24th from 3-8. Classic Hits, The Mix is kicking off the 2024 WVU Mountaineer football season with a block party on old main street in Saint Albans. It's gonna be a fun afternoon filled with, food, arts & crafts vendors, live music, appearances from the Mountaineer cheerleaders, dance team, Mountaineer Mascot, WVU Pep band and former players will be on hand for autographs. A portion of proceeds will benefit Alzheimer's Aassociation. Payment for vending space can be made by Check, Cash or Credit Card. Donation for the charity needs to be made by check to Friends Of Hansford, with Dementia Friendly Saint Albans in the note portion of the check. Checks for vending space can be made out and mailed to LM Communications, 100 Kanawha Terrace, Saint Albans, WV 25177, and must be received by August 1, 2023. Cash and Credit payments can be made at our offices, 100 Kanawha Terrace, Saint Albans, Mon-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM(reg. business hours). Credit payments can also be made over the phone at 304-722-3308. Fee and Donation to Charity must be paid up front and will be charged separately.
